Syllabus
The aim of this course is the acquisition by students of the most important ideas and basic skills that psychology and social psychology contribute to the sphere of work and organisations. The lectures, attended by all students, are used to explain their applications to organisations, firms and institutions, to further understanding of the firm as a complex organisation, made up of groups, work teams and departments. Special attention is paid to the functions of human resources departments.
