Examples of individual-level aspects of importance for organizations
and their social psychology are personality, abilities, perception,
learning, attitudes, emotion, and motivation.
Tema 2. Group-level aspects
Important group level aspects to be dealt with are conflict, leadership,
communication, group decision making, power & politics.
Tema 3. Organization-level aspects
Aspects more specifically dealing with firms and organizations are
organization structure, organizational culture, and change in organizations.
